Scope of responsibilities

• operating and adjusting production machines
• setting up, assembling, adjusting, and cleaning production lines
• ensuring the safe, high-quality, and efficient production process
• independently resolving minor technical issues
• controlling the quality of products and processes and correcting any deviations
• ensuring order, cleanliness, and safety at the workplace

Sought-after competences

• Experience working as an operator in the food industry

• Willingness to work in a shift system (2 shifts: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM)

• Availability for 40 hours per week

• Teamwork skills

• Commitment and willingness to learn

• Communicative knowledge of English or Dutch

• Category B driving license

• Attractive salary €15-€18 gross/hour
  i.e. €410-€489 net/week (after deducting accommodation and insurance costs)
