Scope of responsibilities

• Preparing and setting up cable processing machines – from a technical and programming perspective.
• Selecting and optimizing machine parameters to ensure appropriate production quality and efficiency.
• Handling cable spools and replenishing materials.
• Receiving finished products and placing them in containers.
• Closing packages and applying labels.
• Quality control of packaging materials and finished products.
• Maintaining basic production documentation.
• Removing minor defects and reporting problems to the production manager.
• Maintaining order and cleanliness of machines and workstations.
• complying with safety regulations
• performing additional tasks assigned by the supervisor, including inventory control, cleaning, or additional work

Sought-after competences

• Experience as a machine operator
• Experience in a production or logistics environment is desirable
• Communicative knowledge of English
• Willingness to work independently and in shifts
• Category B driving license
• Accuracy, responsibility, and adherence to safety regulations
• No specialized education required
