Scope of responsibilities

• Repairing damaged concrete products
• Filling holes, pores, and other imperfections in concrete tables
• Grinding products to achieve a smooth and uniform surface
• Conducting quality control in accordance with company standards
• Collaborating with the team to implement production plans
• Maintaining a tidy workstation and adhering to occupational health and safety regulations

Sought-after competences

• Experience in a production environment or concrete finishing is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week)
• Attention to detail and a desire to deliver perfectly crafted products.
• Accuracy, conscientiousness, and practical work skills.
• Proactive approach to work and teamwork skills.
• Forklift experience.
• Good command of Dutch or English.
• Driving license category B.

We offer

• Contract on Dutch terms
• Gross salary: €14.94/hour
  • For 40 hours – Net salary: approx. €400 per week (overtime possible), the amount given is after deduction of insurance and housing costs.
  • For 50 hours – Net salary: approx. €570 per week (overtime possible), the amount given is after deduction of insurance and housing costs.
