Production Worker (Hemp)
Location: Waalwijk, Netherlands

Scope of responsibilities
- Working with hemp – cutting, arranging on trays, packaging, harvesting mature plants
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in growing rooms
- Precise, detailed work due to the delicate nature of the plants
- Crop care
- One-shift work
Sought-after competences
- Production experience
- Communicative knowledge of English or Dutch
- Ability to work under pressure
- Teamwork skills
- Communication skills
- Flexibility (willingness to work overtime)
- Category B driving license
We offer
- Employment under Dutch conditions
- 38 hours of work per week
- Wage rate €14.40 gross/hour
- Company accommodation (€125/week)
- 25 days of vacation for full-time employees and the option of monthly or annual vacation pay
