Scope of responsibilities

• managing ongoing operations on the construction site
• coordinating work according to the schedule and ensuring timely completion of subsequent project stages
• planning and coordinating the activities of teams and subcontractors
• monitoring subcontractors’ progress in relation to the schedule and available personnel
• organizing and conducting meetings with subcontractors
• actively participating in meetings regarding work planning for the coming days and weeks
• monitoring compliance of materials, equipment, and supplies delivered to the construction site with the approved specifications
• managing quality control processes in accordance with adopted standards and approved benchmarks
• collaborating with the Occupational Health and Safety department and ensuring that work is carried out safely and in accordance with approved MSRA/RAMS documentation
• Supervising order on the construction site and proper storage of materials
• Participating in the preparation of daily occupational safety analyses, work permits, and health and safety briefings
• Ensuring that employees are aware of the scope of ongoing and upcoming work
• Collaborating with the Client, other department managers, and project participants to ensure timely completion and effective handover of work
• Reporting any changes, delays, and potential threats to project implementation
• Regular reporting of work progress and key activities to the Contracts Manager

Sought-after competences

• Technical education, professional qualifications in the electrical industry, or education related to construction
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in another role supervising work on large projects
• Experience managing electrical work on construction sites
• Very good command of spoken and written English
• Very good organizational and management skills
• Ability to coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction teams
• Ability to effectively manage time, increase work efficiency, and meet deadlines
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Independence, initiative, and the ability to work as part of a larger team Design

Preferred:

• Experience in implementing data center projects
• Experience in projects in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, energy, or advanced technology sectors
• Experience in large, international industrial projects
