Scope of responsibilities

• Work effectively in a warehouse handling frozen and dry products (-18°C, occasionally in a cold store 0-12°C)
• Relocate goods within the warehouse using a reach truck and EPT
• Store pallets on racks and pick orders
• Assist with other warehouse tasks (e.g., packing orders) as needed
• Work a fixed morning shift from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM (or until the end of the shift)
• Comply with safety procedures and cold chain regulations

Sought-after competences

• Valid Reach Truck certificate or valid EPT certificate (and willingness to learn how to operate a reach truck)
• Experience working in refrigerated warehouses (preferred)
• Good physical condition and comfortable working in low temperatures
• At least communicative English
• Teamwork skills
• Category B driving license
• Own car – preferred

We offer

• Employment under Belgian conditions
• Salary: €16.37 gross/hour + €1.10  Hourly allowance for working in cold conditions (total €17.47 gross/hour)
• Guaranteed 38 hours of work per week
• Overtime work possible – paid at 150%
• Holiday allowance – 15.38% of gross annual earnings
• Annual bonus – 8.33% of gross annual earnings – provided you work at least 65 days between July of the current year and June of the following year.
• Food vouchers in the amount of €7 gross per day
• Possibility of using company accommodation: double room – €130 / week, single room – €160
• Work in a heated cabin (when operating a reach truck)
• Access to hot drinks on-site
• Option to purchase additional health insurance: €11 per month

• Company cars are provided free of charge and come with a fuel card
