Job description:

• work on flat roof coverings
  
• removal of old roof coverings
  
• laying insulation, gluing waterproofing materials (EPDM membrane)
  
• finishing works (edges, domes, roof gables)
  
• detection and repair of possible faults

We offer:

• long-term employment on Belgian conditions.
• rate: €18.29-20.64 gross/h (rate depends on experience; salary paid weekly)
• €490-600 net/week
• holiday allowance – per year will amount to approximately €5,620€ gross (15.38% of annual gross earnings)
• annual bonus – per year, it will amount to approximately €3,040 gross (8.33% of annual gross earnings) – provided that you work a minimum of 65 days in the period from July of the current year to June of the following year.
• guaranteed 40 hours of work per week
• accommodation paid €99 (double room) or €149 (single room)
• possibility to purchase additional health insurance (optional) – EUR 9 per month

Requirements:

• communicative knowledge of English
• min. one year of experience in installing EPDM membranes (applies to the last 3 years of employment)
• driving license category B.
• VCA certificate (can be obtained on site)
• own car welcome
• ability to work in a group
