• supervising the work of a team of waiters, bartenders, and hostesses
• ensuring the highest level of guest service and creating exceptional experiences
• maintaining standards of quality, consistency, and professional communication
• organizing team work and supporting daily duties
• responding to guest needs and resolving current situations
• collaborating with management and maintaining a positive team atmosphere
• working in a dynamic environment

Sought-after competences

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Team management experience required
• Good command of English
• Category B driving license preferred
• Long-term availability
• Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work at a fast pace

We offer

• Contract on Dutch terms
• Salary: €2,675 gross per month (this amount does not include holiday allowance and paid vacation days)
• Salary paymenton the 25th of each month
• Holiday allowance paid once a year – in May
• 25 paid vacation days per year
• Accommodation: Single room, cost €650–725 per month
