Scope of responsibilities

• Repair of various types of damage to body panels using welding techniques, dent removal methods, and metal shrinking
• Sealing repaired surfaces and protecting them from leaks and drafts
• Cleaning the vehicle before handover to the customer
• Disassembly, assembly, and adjustment of body parts, equipment, and fasteners
• Checking chassis/body geometry and correcting deformations
• Reporting completed work to the appropriate departments
• Scheduling work according to customer needs
• Sorting and packaging recovered fluids
• The company employs staff in three specializations:

Surface preparation, filler, and sanding

part disassembly/assembly, creating parts lists

welding, dent removal

Sought-after competences

• Relevant education or equivalent experience
• Several years of experience in repairing serious panel damage
• Experience working with hybrid and/or electric vehicles
• Communicative knowledge of English or French
• Category B driving license
• Own car preferred
• Flexibility, independence, and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of modern tools and technologies (ADAS, PDR) – training available
• Welding, soldering, and frame work skills
• Experience in disassembly, surface preparation, or painting is a plus
• HEV2 certification – a big plus

We offer

• Contract on Belgian terms
• Guaranteed 39 hours/week
• Weekly pay
• Salary€19.44–€20 gross/hour
• Food vouchers €8/day
• Holiday allowance – 15.38% of gross annual earnings
• Annual bonus – 8.33% of gross annual earnings – provided you work at least 65 days between July of the current year and June of the following year.
• Working hours:

• Mon.–Thurs. 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Friday 8:00 AM–3:30 PM

• Overtime paid at 100%
