Scope of responsibilities

• Preparing a la carte dishes
• Managing the kitchen team and inventory
• Maintaining HACCP standards
• Working independently and supporting the Head Chef
• Ensuring the quality, presentation, and consistency of dishes

Sought-after competences

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef
• Good command of English
• Catering education or equivalent qualifications preferred
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Guest-centricity and high quality standards
• Willingness for long-term cooperation (12+ months)
