Wanted competences

• construction education
• min. 5 years of experience in a similar position (construction or metallurgical industry)
• communicative knowledge of English or French
• ability to organize own work and that of subordinate employees
• ability to work based on technical drawings and architectural plans
• driving license category B
• no contraindications to work at height
• high motivation to perform physical work in various weather conditions
• active, results-oriented approach to work

we offer

• employment on Belgian conditions
• rate: €19 – €20  gross/h (depending on experience), €450 – €545 net/week. (salary paid weekly)

• guaranteed 39 hours of work per week
• holiday allowance – per year worked – will amount to approx. €5,840-6,150 gross (15.38% of annual gross earnings).
• annual bonus – based on the year worked – will amount to approx. € 3,160 – € 3,330 gross (8.33% of annual gross earnings) – provided that you work a minimum of 65 days in the period from July this year to next June
• possibility of using company accommodation – €95/week (double room), €145/week (single room)
• eco-cheques €250/year
• food voucher €5.58/day
• possibility to purchase additional health insurance – EUR 9 per month
