Scope of duties

• supervising the work of a group of employees involved in picking orders  using Voice Picking technology
• monitoring performance
• solving operational problems
• ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
• working in an air-conditioned environment, temperature 3-6 degrees C
• working between 15:30 and 01:00

Wanted competences

• experience in warehouse work with a Voice Picking system
• communicative knowledge of English
• team management skills (motivating employees and resolving conflicts)
• organizational skills
• resistance to stress and ability to work under time pressure
• willingness to work shifts and weekends
• willingness to perform more difficult physical work
• driving license category B; own car – welcome

• rate: €13.68 gross/h
• shift allowance: 19:00-23:00+25% i.e. 17.10€ gross/h; hours 23:00-6:00 + 45% i.e.19.83€ gross/h
