TIG Welder

Job Responsibilities
- welding of thin sheets
- welding according to technical drawings
- quality control
- performing minor assembly work
- performing preparatory and finishing tasks
Required Skills
- experience working as a TIG welder
- ability to work independently based on technical documentation
- precision and attention to detail
- valid welding certifications
- work in accordance with health and safety regulations
- ability to read technical drawings
- category B driving license
- own car
- good command of German language required
We offer
- employment contract under German conditions
- long-term employment
- guaranteed 168 working hours per month
- hourly rate: €14.36 – €14.91 gross + €28 daily allowance
- monthly salary: approximately €3,000 net
- holiday and Christmas bonuses according to the collective agreement (after the probation period):
- 1st year: €230 gross
- 2nd year: €320 gross
- from the 3rd year: €420 gross
- accommodation: €600 per month
- support from Polish-speaking coordinators
