SCOPE OF DUTIES:

• Installation, repair, and replacement of large-size tires (primarily for agricultural and construction machinery)
• Performing mobile service at customer locations (within a radius of up to 200 km)
• Operating hydraulic systems, cranes, and forklifts – without the need to manually lift heavy components
• Resolving difficult situations, such as blocked tires (sometimes in stages)
• Initial work in partnership with an experienced installer, and after the induction period, independent work around the base
• Compliance with safety regulations at every stage of work
• Work Monday through Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) and every other Saturday (9:00-12:00)

• Employment under Belgian conditions
• Hourly rate €19.56-20.57 gross/hour
• Salary paid weekly
• Span style=”font-size: 13px”>Regular overtime paid at 150% or collected as an additional day off

• Holiday bonus – approximately €5,700 gross per year (15.38% of gross annual earnings)

• Annual bonus – approximately €3,090 gross per year (8.33% of gross annual earnings) – provided that a minimum of 65 days of work is completed in the period from July to October This year until June of the following year.
• Possibility of using company accommodation – €102/week (double room), €154/week (single room)
• Possibility of purchasing additional health insurance – €10 per month.
