SCOPE OF DUTIES:

• Work at one of the tire service centers located in Belgium
• Tire replacement, fast work, +/- 20-30 minutes
• Tire condition inspection; Tire wear/tread analysis
• Dismounting wheels and tires from rims
• Wheel balancing
• Operating tools and machinery used in the workshop
• Operating the tire warehouse/storage area (optional)
• Teamwork

we offer:

• Employment under Belgian conditions
• Hourly rate€16.86 gross/h – for the first 500 hours worked for the client. +500h rate€18.55 gross/h
• Weekly salary (€500-700 net/week)
• Work from Monday to Saturday with the possibility of overtime.

• Holiday allowance – approximately €5,180 gross per year (15.38% of gross annual earnings)
• Annual bonus – approximately €2,800 gross per year (8.33% of gross annual earnings) – provided that a minimum of 65 days of work is completed between July of the current year and June of the following year.
• Possibility to use Company accommodation – €25/week (double room), €75/week (single room)
• Option to purchase additional health insurance – €10 per month
• Seasonal work for approximately 2 months with the possibility of extending or returning in subsequent seasons (after a positive evaluation by the client)
• Reimbursement of travel costs to Belgium up to €125 (based on a fuel receipt/ticket from the day of arrival, provided the season is completed)

• Experience in a similar position
• Professional education (tire fitter, mechanic) preferred
• Ability to operate a tire changer, wheel balancer, wrenches (pneumatic, torque), lifts, etc.
• Communicative English
• Category B driving license required
