Responsibilities

• welding robot operation and programming
• choose the right program (adjust the robot if necessary)
• placing parts in the machine and removing parts from the machine after welding
• quality control of the finished product and making corrections if necessary
• maintenance of the welding robot in good condition and repair of good technical defects
• working in one shift 7.30-16.00

In-demand competencies

• technical education, preferred welding
• minimum 2 years of experience as a welder
• good knowledge of English
• good technical knowledge
• driving license cat. B
• experience on the Cloos welder is an advantage
• the ability to work independently

we offer

• long-term employment under Belgian conditions
• guaranteed 40 hours of work per week
• rate 17€ – 20€ gross/h (depending on experience)
• salary paid weekly €518-€571 net
• holiday allowance – approx. €5,200-€6,150 gross per year (15.38% of annual gross earnings)
• annual bonus – on a yearly basis, approx. €2,800-€330 gross (8.33% of annual gross earnings) – provided that a minimum of 65 days has been worked between July of the current year and June of the following year
• work from 7.30 to 16.00
• possibility to use company accommodation – 95 €/week (double room), 145 €/week (single room)
• Food voucher €8 – for each working day (employee’s own contribution €1.09)
• possibility to purchase additional health insurance – 9 euros per month
• the company is closed for the first 3 weeks of August (holiday period)
