For our client – a stable company specializing in window and door installation – we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Window Installer (F/M)
Workplace: Zell, Germany
Accommodation: organized
Scope of responsibilities
- preparing windows for installation
- installing windows in buildings
- sealing windows with silicone (silicone coating)
- installing roller blinds
- working with materials: mainly plastic and glass, occasionally aluminum/wood
- installing plastic or aluminum doors
- tool operation: screwdriver, angle grinder, impact drill, and standard hand tools
- only daily installation in the region
- general auxiliary work
Sought-after competences
- Experience in window/door installation or construction work
- Ability to use basic tools (screwdriver, sander, drill)
- Basic assembly and finishing skills (silicone application, sealing, roller blind installation)
- Accuracy and willingness to do physical work
- Communicative German language skills
- Category B driving license
We offer
- Contract based on German terms
- Long-term employment
- Hourly rate: €15.35 gross/h
- Net salary:
- €2,900 starting immediately
- €3,000 starting in the 5th week
- €3,100 starting in the 7th month
- Accommodation: approx. €600/month
- Vacation and Christmas bonuses will be paid according to the schedule and after the trial period
- €230 gross in the first year
- €320 gross in the second year
- €420 gross in subsequent years
