For our Dutch client – a company dealing with renovation and repair of wood in real estate – we are looking for people willing to work in the position of:
Wood renovation and repair specialist
Place of work: Eindhoven, The Netherlands
Accommodation: organized
Responsibilities
- inspecting the property for signs of wood rot (withexterior wooden shutters and trim, door jambs, soffits and fencing)
- identifying the type of moisture present and the source of the problem
- cutting off the source of moisture and then repairing or replacing any wooden elements that have been affected by it
Wanted competences
- experience working in a similar position
- communicative knowledge of English or Dutch
- readiness for physical work
- readiness to work outdoors
- Category B driving license – a necessary condition!
