Zakres obowiązków

You will be servicing the Automation equipment, including on-site and remote preventative maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting, in addition to professionally addressing customer concerns and requests.

• troubleshoot customer machine problems in person or remotely
• able to travel to customers as needed to provide service
• assist customers in installing new machines and machine upgrades
• prform preventative maintenance on machines
• handle and process service parts and the return of unused parts
• submit activity reports, visit reports and other required documentation
• approximately 80% overnight travel is worldwide.

Poszukiwane kompetencje

• education  in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Agricultural, or Electrical Engineering; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• strong mechanical or electronical skills and machinery knowledge
• an understanding of PLC to work with them
• an even temperament with customers and coworkers
• good verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English (additional languages are an advantage)
• logical and solution-oriented thinking

• able to work independently as well as in teams

• well-organized, self-controlled, and coachable

• ability to read blueprints and schematics

• ability to use computer applications (e.g., Word, Excel). 

Oferujemy

• long-term contract under Dutch conditions, initially with an employment agency, after the probation period directly with the employer
• annual gross salary in the range of €40000 -€60000
• shift allowances: saturday before 13:00 at 150%, after 13:00 at 200%, sundays 200%
• overtime allowances: Monday – Friday: 3.5 hours of overtime at 125%, > 3.5 hours of overtime at 150%,
• holiday allowance:8,33% of annual salary
