Zakres obowiązków

•  to provide advice and guidance on all aspects of health, safety and welfare to board
• to monitor and research new health and safety legislation and best practice giving 
  guidance on the council’s implementation
• to regularly review and update the corporate health and safety policy and arrangements
• to advise on the implementation of risk assessments and safe methods of operation, supporting staff to conduct risk assessments
• attend Client meetings and represent the company at external meetings
• asities with Safety Management Team
• strong knowledge and experience of OHSMS systems / ISO 45001
• develop and maintain a training matrix for your project, ensuring compliance at all time with booking, attendance and tracking of data
• champion our Wellbeing, Mental Health and Environmental policies
• carry out audits, briefings, presentations and TBTs (Tool Box Talks) with our highly experienced crews
• maintain our site H&S Management System to a high standard
• carry out Accident/Incident/Near Miss investigations
• promote our SOR Programme (Site Observation Reports)
• compile and present monthly and yearly KPI reports (Key Performance Indicators)
• collaborate with our Main Contractor partners to ensure we continue to deliver the highest possible standards in Health & Safety
• lead by example in areas of Covid-19 Management, PPE compliance and attitude
• learn about, be aware of and implement new Health and Safety strategies, in particular, in relation to Heuristics, cognitive bias and people safety
• all other duties associated with this role.

Poszukiwane kompetencje

• secondary education in the field with a degree in occupational safety and health technician or higher education in the specialty of occupational safety and health or postgraduate studies in the specialty of occupational safety and health,

• certificate „Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit” (FAS) is required

• verry good knowledge of English or German language skills

• good knowledge of German health and safety regulations

• professional knowledge in the field of OHS, risks, administration
• ability to conduct training
• ability to cooperate and share knowledge and experience
• resistance to stress
• internal and external customer orientation
• openness to change
