Responsibilities

• you will work in Belgium for the first month, and then you will take part in projects with various clients in Europe
• welding of stainless steel and carbon steel in all positions, thickness 3 mm – 20 mm, butt weld (BW), fillet weld (FW)
• recognition of welding defects and correct assessment of their gradation
• strict compliance with occupational health and safety rules
• work in a group of 5-6 people
• one shift work

Wanted competences

• technical education
• several years of experience as a MAG welder (current MAG certificate: BW, FW)
• ability to weld under X-ray (radiographic examination in accordance with the welding procedure specification – WPS, all welds are 100% examined using the RT or UT method)
• knowledge regarding various structures of welding joints
• communicative knowledge of English
• VCA certificate or readiness to obtain it
• driving license category B
• ability to work in a group (5-6 people)
• accuracy, good physical condition and good eyesight
• experience in welding 141, 136 stainless steel and/or carbon steel preferred

• employment under Belgian conditions
• guaranteed 40 hours a week (up to 55 hours a week depending on the project)
• overtime paid 150%
• salary paid weekly, negotiable depending on experience
• holiday allowance of 15.38% of gross annual earnings
• annual bonus – 8.33% of annual gross earnings (calculated after 65 days of work)
