For our client – a Belgian construction company that specializes in, among others, in earthworks and road infrastructure – we are looking for people willing to work in the position:

Paver
Place of work: Kallo, Belgium
Accommodation: organized

  • preparation of the ground surface for paving – excavation, leveling and compaction
    ground or ground
  • laying interlocking bricks or paving stones to create durable surfaces for roads, sidewalks, etc.
  • quality control and correction of possible irregularities and errors with the help of electric hand tools
    accurate installation of curbs and edges along paved surfaces while maintaining consistency and structure

  • at least 2 years in a similar position
  • good knowledge of English and Romanian
  • ability to work in a team and independently
  • readiness for physical work
  • category B driving license
  • own car welcome
  • VCA certificates or willingness to obtain one
  • knowledge of laser techniques – welcome
  • willingness to work one shift (6:00-14:45)

  • employment on Belgian conditions.
  • guaranteed 40 hours of work per week
  • rate of €17.40 gross/h (first 9 months of work, later: €18.26)
  • food voucher of €8/week (€1.09 – employee’s own contribution)
  • eco-cheques – €100/year
  • holiday allowance – per year will amount to approximately €5,352 gross (15.38% of annual gross earnings).
  • annual bonus – per year, it will amount to approximately €2,898 gross (8.33% of annual gross earnings) – provided that you work a minimum of 65 days in the period from July this year to June the following year.
  • possibility of using company accommodation – 99€/week (double room), 149€/week (single room).
  • possibility to purchase additional health insurance – EUR 9 per month.
