Scope of duties

• preparing the ground for tree planting, including clearing, grafting and tying trees
• planting trees and providing appropriate care for their growth
• installing protective equipment such as fencing, hail netting and winter heat retention systems
• setting up and maintaining irrigation systems
• assisting with general maintenance and upkeep of the nursery
• work approx. 50h per week

• experience in a similar position
• communicative knowledge of English
• willingness to do physical work outside
• willingness to work regardless of weather conditions
• high motivation to work
• driving license category B

We offer

• employment on Belgian terms
• guaranteed 38h of work per week
• rate of €15.32 gross/h (salary paid weekly, approx. 620 euros)
• for the first 65 days work in the Plukkaarten system
• overtime paid 150%
• possibility of using company accommodation – €60/week (single room)
• possibility of purchasing additional health insurance – 10 euros per month
