Scope of Duties

• independent operation and setup of machines
• independent tool changes
• loading parts and components into machines
• performing measurements
• working based on technical drawings
• minor program corrections (preferred but not required)
• quality and visual inspections
• preparing technical documentation
• performing minor maintenance tasks
• replacing oil, water, filters, etc.

• Initially two shifts, later switching to a three-shift system:

  • Morning: 05:00–14:00 (Mon–Thu), 05:00–11:00 (Fri)

  • Afternoon: 14:00–23:00 (Mon–Thu), 11:00–17:00 (Fri)

  • Night: 20:00–05:00

General information:

• controlled systems depending on the machine: Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain
• production mainly in small series (approx. 2000–2500 pieces)
• machines used: Takamaz XC 100, Mori Seiki DuraTurn, DMG Mori Seiki NZX / NLX, NL
• work on three-axis machines
• materials processed: aluminum, stainless and regular steel, metal alloys (e.g. beryllium copper)
• weight of parts: maximum 5–10 kg

Required Skills

• minimum 2 years of experience working with CNC machines
• ability to read technical drawings
• willingness to work in a three-shift system
• experience in machining complex parts
• communicative knowledge of German
• driving license category B
• own car

We offer

• employment contract under German conditions

• hourly rate: €14.90 gross + per diem allowance
• monthly salary paid: approx. €2,900 net per month

• holiday and Christmas bonuses paid according to the tariff and after the probation period:
  • €230 gross in the first year
  • €320 gross in the second year
  • €420 gross in subsequent years
