Job Responsibilities

• inspection, repair, and maintenance of machines and equipment
• identifying faults and troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems
• performing maintenance tasks
• measuring and testing circuits, voltages, protective systems, etc.
• technical support and maintenance of production and packaging lines
• failure and weak point analysis, fault elimination, and implementation of optimization measures
• supporting spare parts procurement to minimize downtime
• collaborating on the technical maintenance of the facility infrastructure
• performing electrical and mechanical work on machines and equipment
• ensuring technical availability of production lines to meet daily customer deliveries

Required Skills

• experience working as an industrial or plant electrician
• ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics
• basic knowledge of automation and control systems
• willingness to work in an industrial/food production environment
• willingness to work in a 4-shift system:
• 6 days night shift, followed by 2 days off
• 6 days afternoon shift, followed by 2 days off
• 6 days morning shift, followed by 2 days off
• communicative knowledge of the German language
• category B driving license
• own car

• monthly salary: €3100 – €3200 net

• holiday and Christmas bonuses paid according to the tariff and after the probation period:

  • €230 gross in the first year
