Scope of responsibilities

• Performing bodywork repairs and restoring bodywork components to their proper structure.
• Steam cleaning vehicle surfaces and thoroughly sanding all areas to be treated.
• Ensuring safety and quality of work.
• Applying fillers, primers, and preparing surfaces for painting.
• Painting and applying coatings to required standards.
• Sanding or polishing paintwork imperfections and reapplying paint or clear coat as necessary.
• Operating multi-spot equipment when necessary.
• Adhering to and adapting to daily priorities set by the coordinator.
• Effective task planning and independent work under time pressure.
• Working a fixed shift. daily

Sought-after competences

• Technical education or equivalent experience
• At least five years of experience as a spray painter
• Communicative knowledge of English
• Willingness to provide a certificate of no criminal record
• Willingness to work a permanent day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Stress resistance, independence, and a practical approach to work
• Ability to work in a team
• Technical acumen and passion for large machinery
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Logical thinking skills, perceptiveness
• Quick acquisition of knowledge and willingness to learn
• Confidence in raising concerns and initiating consultations when needed
• Category B driving license (own license preferred) car)

We offer

• Employment under Belgian conditions, also for non-EU nationals
• Guaranteed 38 hours of work per week
• Attractive salary: €20-€24.50 gross/hour

• Holiday allowance – based on the year worked (15.38% of gross annual earnings)
