Scope of responsibilities

• welding of window and door structures with an emphasis on the highest quality of workmanship
• assembling profiles according to technical drawings and making necessary corrections
• unconventional, analytical approach to welding process optimization
• welding of aluminum and other metals using semi-automatic welding machines
• reading, interpreting, and implementing technical drawings
• working independently and in a team
• strong technical background and a practical approach – a key role in the production process
• clean, precise, and accurate work while maintaining an appropriate pace
• independent work planning and organization
• work on a fixed morning shift (Monday–Thursday: 7:30–16:30, Friday: 7:30–11:30)

Sought-after competences

• independent planning and organization of work
• willingness to perform heavier and “dirtier” work
• ability or willingness to learn how to operate an overhead crane and forklift
• education preferred
• several years of professional experience and ability to operate a semi-automatic welding machine
• good command of English
• category B driving license – preferred

We offer

• employment under Belgian conditions
• guaranteed 38 hours of work per week
• attractive salary: €18-€23 gross/hour
• meal vouchers €6.55/day (of which €1.09 = personal contribution)

• possibility of overtime paid at 150% (overtime is paid almost tax-free for the first 180 hours of the year)
• CAO90 bonus (Belgian bonus system)

• annual bonus – based on the year worked (8.33% of gross annual earnings) – provided you work at least 65 days between July of the current year and June of the following year
