Scope of responsibilities

The person employed in this position will perform reception, administrative, and customer service tasks in a warehouse environment by:

• “Reception” operations as the first point of contact for drivers and guests
• Contacting customers, primarily via email in regarding order status, questions, and possible problems.
• Receiving orders from customers via email.
• Entering and processing orders in the WMS system.
• Contacting the warehouse team regarding orders (temperature up to -18°C).
• Participating in operational work as needed.
• Cooperating with the transportation, customer service, HR, and maintenance departments.
• Maintaining documentation and using WMS and Excel systems.

Sought-after competences

• Experience in administrative and office work, preferably in the logistics industry
• Willingness to make occasional visits to warehouses (temperature up to -18°C)
• Good computer skills
• Experience with WMS systems or order entry – an additional asset

• Language skills:

  • English: very good, required
  • Polish: preferred, but not required
  • Dutch: preferred, but not required
• Accuracy, meticulousness, and the ability to work in a structured environment
• High responsibility
• Available to work in early and late shifts
• teamwork skills and stress resistance

• Employment under Belgian conditions
• Salary: €2,800-3,200 gross/month
• Holiday allowance – 15.38% of gross annual earnings
• Annual bonus – 8.33% of gross annual earnings – provided you work at least 65 days between July of the current year and June of the following year.
