Job description:
What will be your duties as a team leader?
- You will be responsible for the work of your team, group from 5 – 20 people
- You will planned the work and set the schedule of your team
- You will train new employees and motivate them to work
- You will report to your supervisor
- On a daily basis you will solve current employee problems as well as problems related to the computer program you operate
In addition to these duties, you help the team with their daily tasks:
- You will take part in collecting orders using a scanner and a hand pallet truck as well as packing and repacking the goods
- You and other employees will be sorting, counting and securing clothing;
- You will be responsible for receiving and shipping clothing
We offer:
- employment on Belgian terms
- salary: €14.34 gross/h (€400 net per week)
- guaranteed 38 hours of work per week, morning shift from 8.00-16.30
- possibility of using company accommodation: double room 95 € / week, single room €145
- overtime paid 150%
- holiday allowance – on the scale of the year worked, it will amount to approx. € 3,900 gross (15.38% of annual gross earnings)
- annual bonus – on the scale of the year worked, it will amount to approx. € 2,200 gross (8.33% of annual gross earnings) – provided that a minimum of 65 days has been worked in the period from July of the current year to June of the following year

- the care of the Polish coordinator
- possibility to purchase additional health insurance – €9 per month
- assistance in obtaining Belgian child benefit
Requirements:
- experience in managing a team of employees as a coordinator, team leader
- communicative knowledge of English
- knowledge of French or Dutch is welcome
- manual dexterity and technical skills.
- the ability to organize one’s own work and that of subordinate employees
- active, results-oriented approach to work
- B driving license
