Job description:

• Unloading and loading of containers and trucks with a FORKLIFT forklift, in warehouses in the chemical industry.

• product/order/inventory control
• Preparatory work, stripping and insulation
• inventory
• taking care of order in the warehouse

• strict adherence to health and safety rules in the warehouse

We offer:

• employment under Belgian conditions
• rate: €16.61 gross/h (salary paid weekly)
• shift allowances: +15% for night shift work
• a food voucher in the amount of:€6.70 / working day (€1.09 – employee’s own contribution)
• holiday allowance – it will amount to approx. € 3,000 gross per year (15.38% of annual gross earnings)
• annual bonus – on the scale of the year worked, it will amount to approx. € 2,000 gross (8.33% of annual gross earnings) – provided that a minimum of 65 days has been worked in the period from July of the current year to June of the following year
• guaranteed 38 hours of work per week

Requirements:

• experience in working in the logistics industry, welcome in the chemical industry
• 1 year of experience as a front forklift operator required
• wanting to do more physical work
• current certificate for front forklifts
• good knowledge of English – a prerequisite
• knowledge of the specifics of transporting hazardous materials, as in the case of ADR. ADR certificate is not required.
