Scope of duties

• assembly of large agricultural machinery – analysis of technical drawings and following step-by-step assembly procedures
• assembly and installation of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical components and systems
• process optimization – finding efficient and high-quality solutions to ensure the correct construction of machines
• maintenance support – providing customers with technical interventions and support during the flax season, ensuring optimal operation of machines
• filling in documentation, working according to technical plans, attention to assembly details and compliance of equipment with specifications
• cooperation with employees from other departments
• work on a fixed day shift 7:30 – 16:00 (Fridays until 15:10)

Wanted competences

• technical or vocational education related to machine mechanics
• experience in a similar position
• communicative knowledge of English
• willingness to learn Dutch
• technical knowledge in the field of machine design
• knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and/or machine electrics – welcome
• ability to work with technical drawings
• ability to work in a group and independently
• driving license category B
• own car – welcome

We offer

• employment on Belgian terms
• salary 17€ – 23€ gross/h (depending on experience)
• salary paid weekly – 520€ – 600€ net/week
• guaranteed 39h work per week
• holiday bonus – 15.38% of gross annual earnings – 5230€ – 7070€ gross
• annual bonus – 8.33% of gross annual earnings – 2830€ – 3830€ gross – provided that you work at least 65 days in the period from July of the current year to June of the following year
• food stamps 8€ gross for each working day (employee’s own contribution €1.09)

• possibility of using company accommodation: double room €102/week, single room €154/week
