Scope of duties

• setting, operating and programming CNC machines (milling and lathe)
• machining of complex elements
• independent change of products and adjustment of production programs
• construction, adjustment and launch of new fixtures and modification of programs
• using measuring tools (including 3D tasters) to verify the quality of products
• assembly and disassembly of working elements using electrical devices
• performing machine corrections when introducing new products and making minor program corrections
• monitoring the production process and ensuring the quality and quantity of manufactured parts in accordance with requirements
• registering production data and maintaining documentation
• performing machine maintenance
• internal transport of working elements using forklifts

Wanted competences

• experience in working with CNC machines (min. 2 years)
• ability to read technical drawings
• willingness to work in a three-shift system
• experience in machining complex elements
• communicative knowledge of German
• driving license category B
• own car
