Responsibilities

• operating a machine for cutting material in the production of mattresses
• cutting control in terms of proportion, size, quality
• minor technical repairs
• work in 2 shifts (training in 1 shift)

• technical education
• min. 1 year of experience in a similar position
• communicative knowledge of English
• independence
• very good quality of work, precision

• ability to work in a team
• quick learning of new skills
• good physical fitness

we offer

• long-term employment on Belgian conditions
• rate of €15.00 gross/h at the beginning, later the rate increases from €17.00 gross/h – €18.00 gross/h
• remuneration paid on a weekly basis
• shift allowance +6% (15.90€ gross/h)
• holiday allowance – per year will amount to approximately €4,610 gross (15.38% of annual gross earnings)
• annual bonus – per year it will amount to approximately €2,490 gross (8.33% of annual gross earnings) – provided that you work a minimum of 65 days in the period from July this year to June the following year
• guaranteed 38 hours of work per week
• possibility of using company accommodation – €99/week (double room), €149/week (single room)
• food voucher €5.20 (€1.09 own contribution)
• possibility to purchase additional health insurance – EUR 9 per month
