For one of the largest Belgian transport companies, dealing with the distribution of goods in France, Germany and Great Britain, we are looking for candidates for the position:

Dispatcher for drivers in the night system

 Workplace: Bornem, Belgium

Accommodation: organized 

Job description:

• night work
• monitoring the work of drivers
• assigning drivers to a given loading dock
• control of loaded goods, quantitative and qualitative
• measuring, weighing goods and entering data into the system
• making reports on completed orders

We offer:

• long-term employment under Belgian conditions

• rate depending on years of work from €13.69 gross/h + 15% allowance (salary paid on a weekly basis) €460 net/week without deducting the rate for accommodation
• 15% Night Shift Supplement
• holiday allowance – on the scale of the worked year it will amount to approx. € 3,600 gross  (15.38% of annual gross earnings)
• food voucher 8€/day  (1.09€ personal payment)
• annual bonus – on the scale of the year worked, it will amount to approx. € 1,970 gross (8.33% of annual gross earnings) – provided that a minimum of 65 days has been worked in the period from July of the current year to June of the following year
  work from Mon. to Fri., in the night system in the range of 40 h/week
• possible overtime
• help in completing formalities related to departure
• possibility to use company accommodation – 95 euros/week
• possibility to purchase additional health insurance (optional) – 9 euros per month

Requirements:

• min one year of experience in a similar position
• highly developed organizational skills
• English language at a minimum communicative level – a necessary condition
• computer skills and willingness to learn the internal storage system
• observance and mindfulness
• resistance to stress
