Scope of duties

• supervising the work of a 6-person team and coordinating the activities of production operators
• ensuring implementation of the production plan and compliance with quality standards
• removing minor faults and cooperating with the technical department in the event of more serious failures
• cooperating with the production manager and transferring the shift
• motivating the team, taking care of a good atmosphere and supporting employees on the floor
• working in a 5-shift system

Wanted competences

• experience working as a foreman, team leader
• experience working with injection molding machines – welcome
• good knowledge of English or Dutch
• technical sense and problem-solving skills
• ability to work in a team
• communication skills
• flexibility (readiness to work in a 5-shift system)
• driving license category B

• rate 16.75€ gross/h
• shift allowance +28% – 21.44€ gross/h
