Scope of responsibilities

• Manual modeling and mold preparation

• Operating molding machines, melting furnaces, and casting machines (depending on skills)

• Inserting and preparing cores, grinding, and preparing molds for pouring

• Preparing sand mixture and operating mixers

• Working according to quality guidelines and controlling casting parameters

• Assembling molds and operating production equipment

• Performing minor maintenance and maintaining the cleanliness of the work station

Sought-after competences

• Experience as a foundryman, molder, or steelworker
• Experience in manual molding is a plus
• Willingness to perform physical work at higher temperatures and in dusty environments
• Knowledge of the metal melting and molding process
• Willingness to work shifts
• Communicative knowledge of German (knowledge of Polish is sufficient for some members of the group)
• Category B driving license
• Own car

• Monthly salary: €2,800-€3,100 (with benefits, in shifts) net/month (depending on German language proficiency)
• Holiday and Christmas bonuses will be paid according to the schedule and after the trial period.
