Job description:

• mowing and caring for grass, hedges and plants.
• applying fertilisers, pulling weeds
• planting lawns
• day shift work 7.30 – 16.30
• use of knowledge about plants and their care

We offer:

• employment on Belgian conditions, guaranteed 38 hours of work per week.

• rate: €15.00 gross/h (possible increase after the trial period; salary paid weekly).

• holiday allowance – approx. €3,935 gross per year (15.38% of annual gross earnings).

• annual bonus – approx. €2,131 gross per year (8.33% of annual gross earnings) – provided that a minimum of 65 days has been worked between July of the current year and June of the following year.
• possibility to use company accommodation – 95 €/week (double room), 145 €/week (single room).
• possibility to purchase additional health insurance – 9 euros per month.
• the date of departure is agreed individually with the candidate!

Requirements:

• min. 3 years of experience in gardening, urban greenery,
• communicative knowledge of English/Dutch
• knowledge of Latin names of plants, shrubs, trees
• driving license category B – a prerequisite
• readiness to undertake long-term work.
• the ability to work in a group.
