Responsibilities

• coordinating the work of a team of industrial painters
• leading the team, motivating them to perform work in accordance with established quality and safety standards

• reporting to the project manager, reporting and monitoring the progress of work and possible contract extensions,

• taking care and providing appropriate equipment on the construction site

• reporting and solving problems

• taking measurements and reporting

• coordination of administrative works related to a given construction, obtaining permits

Wanted competences

• minimum 2-3 years of experience working in the industrial and/or construction sector in a managerial position
• technical education
• very good knowledge of English
• dgood work organization – working in an independent position
• maintaining high quality of performed tasks
• ability to read technical drawings
• ability to work in a team and independently
• category B driving license
• VCA certificate (or readiness to obtain it)

• guaranteed 40 hours a week, possibility of overtime in the season
• 4000-4500€ gross/h (depending on experience)
• work on one shift (day)
• possibility of using accommodation  company name for the first 6 months (only tax is required). After this period, you should “move” to your own accommodation.
