Job description:

• machine operator on automated lines producing rice wafers in shifts (also overnight)

• preparing the production line for launch, starting the line, managing and planning the line’s operation in accordance with the adopted methods and maintaining quality standards
• selecting appropriate programs and setting appropriate parameters
• strict compliance with occupational health and safety rules at work: smoking, wearing jewelry and makeup are strictly prohibited on the premises of the plant
• quality control of finished products
• work in 2 shifts Monday-Friday: January 6.00-14.00, February 14.00-22.00 or nights Sunday-Thursday 22.00-06.00

We offer:

• long-term employment on Belgian conditions

• guaranteed 40 hours of work per week
• rate: €16.61 gross/h (remuneration paid weekly)
• shift allowances: shift I and II + 0.75 € gross/h, shift 3 (night) + 3.27 € gross/h
• food voucher: €8.00 / working day (€1.09 – employee’s own contribution)
• holiday allowance – per year approx. €4,175 gross (15.38% of annual gross earnings)
• annual bonus – per year of work approximately €2,262 gross (8.33% of annual gross earnings) – under
• condition of working at least 65 days in the period from July of the current year to June of the following year
• possibility of switching to a permanent contract with the company (after one year of work)
• possibility of using company accommodation – €95/week (double room), €145/week (single room)
• possibility to purchase additional health insurance – €9 per month
• departure date agreed individually with the candidate!

Requirements:

• good knowledge of English

• experience in working on a production line in the food industry
• depending on experience, operating a machine that bakes, produces chocolate or applies icing
• category B driving license (own car is welcome)
• strict compliance with occupational health and safety rules at work: smoking, wearing jewelry and makeup are strictly prohibited on the premises of the plant
• product quality control
