Scope of responsibilities

• Supplying production lines with raw materials and auxiliary materials
• Supporting machine operators with start-up, setup, and changeovers
• Performing simple assembly tasks in the production of gitterboxes
• Maintaining basic documentation and reports
• Carrying out independent inspection tasks (visual inspections and measurements using measuring tools)
• Manual assembly and processing of components and finished products (including the use of wrenches and hand tools)
• Checking components for weight and density
• Assisting with palletizing and storage of products
• Removing production waste and leftover materials
• Packing and loading metal components (up to 15 kg)
• Working in a three-shift or continuous system:
• Morning shift: 06:00–14:00
• Afternoon shift: 14:00–22:00
• Night shift: 22:00–06:00

Sought-after competences

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a production environment (mandatory requirement)

• German language skills at a minimum A2–B1 level

• Willingness to participate in a short phone interview to verify language proficiency (mandatory requirement)

• High level of reliability and responsibility

• Willingness to work in a three-shift system

• Valid category B driving license and own car (mandatory requirement)

We offer

• Employment contract under German conditions

• Salary: €15.35 gross/hour (approx. €2,600 net/month)

• ADDITIONALLY: Paid breaks + shift allowances (approx. €300–400)

  • Fuel bonus: €100 after 4 weeks of work, €200 after 6 months
