Scope of duties

• precise semi-automatic welding of parts for agricultural machinery (flax, hemp, jute), ensuring strong and aesthetic welds

• assembly and production of machine components according to technical drawings and plans
• assistance in creating prototypes and cooperation with the design department on improving the design
• observance of health and safety regulations
• work on a permanent day shift 7.30 – 16.00

Wanted competences

• completed training in mechanical design or related field
• experience in a similar position, especially in semi-automatic welding techniques
• welding of small and heavy components
• communicative knowledge of English (speaking, writing, reading)
• willingness to learn Dutch
• technical knowledge in the field of machine design
• ability to work with technical drawings
• ability to work in a team
• accuracy and conscientiousness
• driving license

We offer

• employment on Belgian terms
• rate: 17.00€ – 23.00€ gross/h depending on experience
• salary paid weekly, i.e. 520€-600€ net/week
• guaranteed 39 h of work per week
• holiday bonus – gross (15.38% of gross annual earnings), i.e. 5230€-7070€ gross
• annual bonus – (8.33% of gross annual earnings), i.e. 2830€-3830€ gross – provided that you have worked at least 65 days in the period from July of the current year to June of the following year
