Responsibilities

• performing minor repairs inside buildings, such as repairing taps and locks
• cleaning and maintaining cleanliness inside houses
• supervision of security systems in buildings
• garden care, including mowing grass, trimming bushes, planting plants
• irrigation system management
• keeping the garden in perfect aesthetic condition
• protection of plants against pests and diseases

Wanted competences

• experience as a gardener and/or in minor construction repairs
• ability to operate gardening and construction tools
• independence, meticulousness and problem-solving ability
• flexibility
• ability to organize work and time management
• basic knowledge of German
• category B driving license – necessary condition
