Scope of duties

• monitoring the environment during the use of the Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP) to avoid collisions with obstacles, structures, or people.

• effective and precise communication with the operator using hand signals, radio, or established signals.

• support in ground-level operations, such as stabilizing equipment or managing barriers.

• ensuring compliance with safety protocols, including monitoring overhead hazards and assessing ground conditions.

• supporting emergency procedures, including guiding the emergency descent, if necessary. This role is crucial for maintaining visibility and safety in areas where the operator may have limited visibility or awareness.

Wanted competences

• experience in a similar role would be appreciated

• good knowledge of English

• responsibility and ability to work under pressure

• strict adherence to health and safety regulations

• attention to detail and ability to work independently

• category B driving license

• extended weekend once a month – early finish on Friday and return on Tuesday (upon agreement)

• salary starting from €3800 gross/month, based on 40 hours/week
