Scope of responsibilities

• Production line operation and production process support
• Ongoing product quality control
• Setting machine parameters
• Troubleshooting minor technical issues
• Ensuring material availability on the line
• Maintaining order and safety at the workplace
• Participation in mandatory introductory training (3 weeks)

Sought-after competences

• Good command of English (required)
• Experience in production or as an operator
• Technical education or experience
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system, including night shifts
• Availability to work Monday to Sunday
• Category B driving license
• Own transport preferred
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire workplace

We offer

• Contract on German terms
• Hourly rate: €17.28 gross/h
• Shift allowances up to 50% (totaling up to €24.19 gross/h)
• Paid breaks (1 hour per shift)
• Work in a 3-shift system: 07:00–15:00 | 15:00–23:00 | 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Possibility of promotion to operator within 6 months
• Reimbursement of travel expenses: €0.23/km
