Scope of responsibilities

• Preparing desserts for the We Are Edn concept and other hotel restaurants.
• Working according to the hotel chain’s recipes and standards.
• Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.
• Creating high-quality, creative confectionery products, both by hand and using kitchen equipment.
• Checking product freshness, preparation techniques, and storage.

Sought-after competences

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
• Catering education preferred
• Guest-oriented and high quality standards
• Willingness for long-term employment
• Good command of English
• Category B driving license preferred

We offer

• Dutch contract
• Salary: €2,900 gross per month (excluding holiday allowance and vacation days)
• 8% holiday allowance paid annually in May
• 20 paid days of holiday per year
• Full-time work (including weekends)
• Monthly pay (25th of the month)
• Accommodation: single room in a shared apartment in Amstelveen – €625/month
• Community travel allowance: €0.23/km
