Job Responsibilities

• Professional guest service in accordance with hotel standards
• Guest check-in and check-out
• Handling reservations (by phone, email, and online)
• Entering and updating data in the PMS MEWS system
• Managing guest accounts, issuing invoices, and processing payments
• Providing information about the hotel, surrounding area, and local attractions
• Coordinating and communicating with other hotel departments (housekeeping, restaurant, technical department)

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Office Employee (hotel education is an advantage)
• Availability for a long-term position (6+ months)
• Experience working with the PMS MEWS system
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
• Basic knowledge of German or Dutch
• Guest-oriented approach, maintaining the highest standards of service and quality to create memorable guest experiences
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Responsibility, diligence in performing assigned tasks, and excellent personal organization skills
