Job Responsibilities

• Transport of bulk shuttle tankers / trailers to the plant
• Internal driving only (on the company’s private roads)
• Loading the truck independently
• Transporting goods to a site located approx. 4 km from the chemical plant, and then returning the truck to the silo
• Working in a swap & drop system (trailer exchange)
• No long-distance routes and no GPS tracking by a planner
• Work in a two-shift system:
• morning shift: 06:45 – 14:45
• afternoon shift: 14:45 – 22:45

Required Skills

• Experience as a C+E truck driver (experience in plant/internal transport is an advantage)
• Valid C+E driving license
• VCA certificate
•  No tachograph required
•  Code 95 not required
•  Good command of English – mandatory

We offer

• Employment under Belgian employment conditions
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Salary: €17–20 gross/hour (depending on experience) + 7.5% shift allowance
• Travel allowance for commuting to work
• Estimated net weekly salary (depending on experience) after deductions for accommodation, insurance, etc.: €500–€570
• Salary paid every two weeks
• Possibility of overtime (paid 150%)
• Company accommodation available (€145/week)
• Holiday allowance calculated annually (15.38% of gross annual earnings)
• Year-end bonus (8.33% of gross annual earnings) – provided that the employee works at least 65 days between July of the current year and June of the following year
