Responsibilities

• electrical fault finding and diagnosis on machines for industry, construction (agriculture) and recycling, such as telehandlers, articulated loaders, wheel loaders, etc.
• interpretation of error messages on the instrument panel, display and indicator lights.
• ruling out possible causes of disturbances in the electrical circuit (cable breakage, bad contact, etc.).

• ability to calibrate control and diagnostic devices.
• reading measured values.
• taking action based on observations and measurement results.
• installation of electrical or electronic instruments for industrial machinery (load limiter, weighing systems, positioning system, etc.).
• taking care of organization and order in the workplace and complying with VCA regulations.

In-demand competencies

• major education or at least 2 years of professional experience in a given industry with good knowledge of electrics and vehicle electronics.
• the ability to read plans/diagrams.
• communicative knowledge of English.
• driving license category B.
• VCA certificate or willingness to do it.

• employment on Belgian terms.
• rate: Junior: €15-€17, Senior: €17-€22.
• work from 8h-17h.
• holiday allowance – on the scale of the worked year it will amount to approx. 15.38% of the annual gross earnings
• annual bonus – on the scale of the year worked, it will amount to approx. 8.33% of annual gross earnings – provided that a minimum of 65 days has been worked in the period from July of the current year to June of the following year.
• guaranteed 40 hours of work per week.
