Scope of responsibilities

• Production and assembly of wooden components for house construction
• Production of wooden elements and structures in accordance with technical drawings and construction plans
• Performing dimensional and quality checks of manufactured components
• Independent cutting of wooden elements
• Using modern machinery, tools, and production techniques
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and production standards
• Close collaboration with the production team to achieve common goals

Required Skills

• Completed carpentry training or comparable qualifications
• Experience in woodworking and the production of wooden elements
• Knowledge of using carpentry tools
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Accuracy and precision in work
• Knowledge of German – required
• Category B driving license + own car

We offer

• Employment contract under German terms
• Long-term employment
• Wage: €14.91 gross/hour
  Bonus: €25 (after three months of employment)

• Monthly salary, approximately €2,900 net/month
• Holiday and Christmas bonuses will be paid according to the schedule and after the trial period.
  • First year: €230 gross
  • Second year: €320 gross
  • Subsequent years: €420 gross
• Accommodation: €600/month
