Job Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting dishes from the menu

• Maintaining high culinary standards and consistent food quality

• Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and daily specials

• Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

• Managing stock and liaising with suppliers when necessary

Required Skills

• Vocational education (culinary background preferred)

• At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar position

• Good communicative knowledge of English

• Availability to stay long-term (minimum one year)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends

• Category B driving license
